Drone Operator Contract

Services Provided
The Operator agrees to provide drone operation services as described in the agreed proposal. The scope of services, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in a separate document (“Booking Form”).

Payment Terms

Deposit: The Client agrees to pay at least 50% of the total project cost upfront. This deposit confirms the booking and initiates the project.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) days upon completion of the project.

Late Payment: If the final payment is not received within the two-day period, a late fee of $25 per day will be incurred until the balance is paid in full.

Expedited Services: A $25 expedition fee will be added to the total cost if the deposit is made within two days of the event.

Travel Fees

Any travel over one hour from the Operator’s location will be subject to an additional $50 travel fee. This fee is in addition to the agreed project price.

Liability and Responsibility

The Client assumes all liability for any incidents or damages that occur during the drone operation. The Operator will ensure all necessary safety precautions are taken and operate within legal and regulatory guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: The Client must cancel the project by the night before the scheduled operation to receive a refund of the deposit.

Operator Cancellation: If the Operator cannot perform the flight for any reason, the Client will be refunded for any editing costs or unused equipment fees. However, a $50 preparation fee will be retained by the Operator.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations by the Client made after the specified cancellation period will not be provided.

Refunds due to Operator’s inability to perform the flight will be processed within five (5) business days of the scheduled project date.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
