My fascination with technology began as a child, disassembling and reassembling gadgets to understand their inner workings. This curiosity naturally led me to programming, where I discovered the power of coding to unlock creativity and innovation
Military Service and Transition
I served four years in the Army as a Radio COMSEC Repairer in an airborne PSYOP unit. This experience honed my technical skills and instilled a sense of discipline and resilience. After my service, I decided to pursue my passion for technology and embarked on a transformative journey across the United States.
I drove cross-country to Arizona and California, where I joined DJI, a leader in drone technology. Simultaneously, I enrolled in Coding Dojo’s full-stack web development course, mastering three full stacks (MERN, Java, Python) in just three months. This intensive training equipped me with the skills to work on development teams, collaborate with others, and assist fellow students.
My career path took me to Oregon, where I worked at Intel, further solidifying my expertise in technology. However, the allure of FPV drones captured my imagination. The thrill of flying through the skies and capturing stunning aerial footage offered a unique perspective on the world. I realized that my passion lay in combining my technical skills with my love for drones.
Pursuing the Dream
Determined to turn my hobby into a profession, I left my stable career and founded Indigo Drone in Ocala, Florida. My mission is to provide top-notch FPV drone services across Central Florida, including weddings, real estate, and special events. Clients love the unique perspective that FPV drones offer, and I am dedicated to capturing memories and showcasing the beauty of the world from above.
